I reserved a 20x15 thru Sparefoot, when I got there they didn't have one available... Told me to call if it wouldn't work and they would figure something out (hence one HUGE point for great customer service!) but we made it work. There was already a lock on the back door that we couldn't remove... It's ok as long as I don't get charged for it. It was clean.

This is an unmanned facility that's poorly managed. This property is small and there's not enough room to safely drive through. Staff are easy to contact but seem to have no clue of the property condition or current vacant

My code didn't work when I tried but I called the maintenance line and was given a working code. Then the unit I was given was already occupied but upon notifying them I was immediately assigned another unit. They had little "misses" like those, but dustie and Kate were both super helpful when I brought my problems to their attention. As for the actual unit. I couldn't complain for the price. The floor was brown with dirt and a few leaves In the corners, but that's expected of units of their age and build. Bought a push broom and swept it out nice and I was good to go.

Access code did not work to open gate, and the storage building was dirty, had to sweep it out before moving stuff in.
