Awesome, fairly new storage unit!

There are some communication issues between the Online service I originally tried to use and the Turnkey facility. However, once I went in to the actual facility, I was able to get everything worked out.

Whole process to arrange rental space was easy. the facility is convenient, well maintained and has climate controlled storage which I needed.

Rented a 10x30 and put 4 BR house in it. Place is very clean. Staff is great and very helpful.

The people who run it are so friendly. There is always someone on site and available.

This is a very convient location, Uhaul and Gas station right next door. Very professional staff. Extremely clean. Reasonably priced.

The facility is nice, but pricing is just ok

We rented our storage without any problems. Whether it was SpareFoot or the facility, service was great. Will definitely use them in the future

There were no problems with any part of our service. We were a little bit late coming but they let's us in and we're very helpful in getting us checked in. Would highly recommend. Facilities are top notch.

I chose this storage facility mainly because it is close to my apartment, and was pleasantly surprised by the pricing and customer service. The indoor units, climate control, and security features are a huge plus. They also have carts available to help move your belongings, which is a nice bonus. My only two issues are that I do wish it was a little cooler inside the building (I believe I saw a thermostat set for 85, which isn't bad, but is a little warm for some of my property) and although it is advertised as drive through access, you can only drive directly up to some units. My first unit was quite a ways back from where you can park, and I've now moved to a second unit that is closer, but it's still a bit of a walk. Again, minor issues and overall, I'm very satisfied!

They were super friendly and helpful! I'm a college student, and I have never rented a storage unit before, but they helped us out, and it was super easy to move in! The facility looked fine when we were there. The only thing might be the price, but I think it's reasonable for storing your stuff in an indoor storage unit.

The customer service is excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility is really new and clean. Paperwork was fast and simple. I don't have a single bad thing to say about turnkey storage, I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Just rented space, very clean, easy access, staff excellent.

It seems the prices in Abilene are all a little high, so this isn't out of range. it is new and still a little unorganized, but they're working through the kinks. I would recommend and will use again if I need a storage.

They went above board to make sure we moved in. Great price and great service. Wonderful facility!

This facility is brand new and still under construction but they met my needs by having a 5x5 available for my daughter's items. The inside was very clean and the staff professional. I can't wait to see the finish touches to the outside property.
