For the price you get for a unit through Augusta Realtors, you get your money's worth. Cheapest unit for its size I found in abilene, when I moved into my unit it was dirty, dirt dust and grass inside my unit but after spending a good 10 minutes cleaning it was very comfortable and I feel very safe keeping my belongings here. Highly recommend this unit.

The staff is great. The building itself is cinderblock walled with an overhead door. The floor was really dusty. Also, the grounds are overgrown with weeds. I thought about trimming them in front of my building. But I didn't want it stick out from the others appearance-wise.
